I always love the idea of wearing gold and black to a all to fabulous holiday soiree. I am especially loving the amazing gold pattern to the dress above. The statement ring and classic black clutch finish off the outfit nicely. Hope this inspires a few of you to get gilded this holiday season.

A year ago today our sweet precious baby boy was born. It seems that time keeps flying by. We have had so much fun with the two kiddos. I especially love this picture of the proud big sister with her little brother (Axel just came home from the hospital). Have a lovely weekend everyone!

Yesterday I wrote about how excited I am to break out deeper richer colors. But in reality this is what I have been wearing lots of white, pink and mint. I love the contrast of the bamboo with the white eyelet and a little seersucker too. Texture wise there is a lot going on but it is all subtle. Have you guys been combining any fun textures lately?

While sweating it out here in Los Angeles I have been craving more formal wear that comes with fall attire. Not that the seasons ever really change here. I am loving the contrast of pink and red. This fall I want to add an amazing leather coat or vegan leather coat to my wardrobe. Have a wonderful Day!

Pretty much all summer I have been wearing this polka dot shirt. I am so excited to see polka dots carry over through fall this year. Polka dots are fun and youthful.I always like to pair a collar shirt to make an outfit a little nicer. The purse has great texture and was made by yours truly. Will you be adding any fun patterns to your wardrobe?

This weekend Mr. Olson,the kiddos,and I will be heading down to San Diego for our very dear friends wedding. We are very excited to celebrate their marriage and life together. When heading to resort land I always like to pack my staple white denim (even though with two kiddos it can be a risk). Nothing says resort vacation to me like an awesome pair of white denim. What do you guys pair white denim with?
